33gt Terms & Conditions

To register and use the 33gt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from 33gt.

33gt is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your Bangladesh mobile number. 33gt reserves the right to request additional documents at any time. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held pending. Providing false or misleading identification documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To create a 33gt account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
• Your valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and login credential.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of your choosing, which you must keep confidential.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 33gt account. If 33gt identifies that a player has registered multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended. Any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited in full. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact 33gt support immediately at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33gt account password and for all activities that occur under your account. 33gt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 33gt support immediately. 33gt reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorised access is suspected while an investigation is conducted.

33gt accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Mobile money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bangladesh bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh banks.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank.

Withdrawals from your 33gt account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 33gt may request additional documents to verify your identity, address, or payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to method availability.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers provided by 33gt are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The 200% welcome bonus applies to a player's first deposit only. The maximum bonus amount is subject to the specific promotion terms active at the time of registration.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiple for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• 33gt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the applicable wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

33gt monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets at minimal risk to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play, using automated software or bots, or exploiting technical errors in the platform. Where bonus abuse is detected, 33gt reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, suspend the account, and report the activity to relevant third parties. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged for bonus abuse should contact 33gt support immediately.

33gt provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your 33gt account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and take effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 21 years of age, have previously been self-excluded, or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

Where 33gt determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 33gt may take any one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any pending bets, bonuses, free spins, or winnings; retain any balance where it is reasonably believed to represent the proceeds of prohibited conduct; and report the matter to law enforcement or other relevant authorities. 33gt's determination in such matters shall be final.

All content available on the 33gt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 33gt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33gt platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 33gt platform without the prior written consent of 33gt.

33gt takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available around the clock. However, 33gt does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond 33gt's reasonable control. 33gt shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by unavailability of the platform, provided that 33gt has acted reasonably to restore access as quickly as possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33gt shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall 33gt's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 33gt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

33gt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 33gt will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (typically by a notification upon next login) at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the 33gt platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 33gt support.
